Accessing Protected Storage Area through Visual Basic 6.0

Hi,

I am currently trying to understand how to access protected stoarge area
through code in Visual Basic 6.0. I understand that there is a file
pstorec.dll in system32 directory but I am not able to understand how to go
about using this.

Would appreciate if you can please provide assitance or point towards
existing content on web on this.
