Address book

Outlook express address book will not open also I can receive mail however I
can't open it. When I try to open the address book it says it is not
installed properly and when I try to open my mail it says there was an error
opening this message

I was about to gripe at you for posting to a wrong newsgroup, then I
realized "ole" might look like "OutLook Express" to the uninitiated.
