GPO APIs

I found the GPO APIs that allow me to perform some GPO functions
(http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa374154.aspx) but I need the
ability to create and delete domain GPOs and have them show up in ADUC. Is
there another set of API calls I can use?

I also know that SDM has a kit that allows me to script it or use their
dll's but that is not what I'm looking for.

Check out the IGroupPolicyObject interface. GPO modification is a tough area
so be prepared for long nights.
