Parse REG_BINARY in Registry with IF Statement = DST Patch

Hi there,

I am trying to write a dos batch file that will search for a specific key in
the registry and then run a command. I have found the reg command in dos and
used the /v to get the TZI value. But how do I put that within a IF
statement ? I am not sure how to parse the REG_BINARY information.
