The last SDK DirectX (February 2007) does not contain the guide of support
for VB or VB.NET. but only the guide for C#! How never? where I can find
documentation to care? DirectX and DirectX Managed are the same thing? that
difference is. Thanks to all.

The DirectX SDK has never had any documenttion samples in C# or in VB.Net -
the samples browser has a couple of Managed DirectX Samples in VB.Net but in
general there are not many community samples either.
www.thezbuffer.com/categories/tutorials.aspx has some VB.Net samples

VB 6.0 used to have a DLL that wrapped DirectX but I don't know of any
documents for it since DX 8 - there's certainly nothing in DX9 even though
the DLL still ships with it. Note that this DLL does NOT install and is not
supported in Vista... (see
http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=1274275&SiteID=1 for
the details)

As far as I'm aware there are no interfaces for VB6 in the DX9 SDK, VB6
cannot used the managed framework, so essentially VB6 is no longer
supported for DX apps (particularly as you mention under Vista where the
dx8vb.dll required is not present and not installed as part of the
redist packages).

For VB6/DX8 development Jack Hoxley produced a great series of tutorials

Not true. VB.Net works very well with Managed DirectX. There are just not
very many people using it, and therefore not as many samples as for c#
