:GRID32.ocx or one of its dependencies not correctly registered : a file is
missing or invalid'

The VB6 setup is run for installation of exe file having the grid control.

It is not enough to be logged in as administrator when you run a setup
program. You must right click the setup exe and select "Run as
administrator". In some cases, even that does not work.
