i need to recover some of my files
deleted accidantly.
how can i recover through vb?

Don't try. VB is not the proper language for getting that close to the OS.

An undelete utility. You should be able to find a free one. Google is your
friend.

C++ would be the alternative language in my opinion.

But Jeff Johnson is right, google for a free undelete program. That would be
the best route to go.
