Unable to Install

On CD/DVD install of a VB.Net app, I get the error:
Unable to install or run the application. The application requires that
assembly (3rd party tool) be installed in the Global Assembly Cache (GAC)
first.

How do I include these in my build?

This newsgroup is for VB you will be more likely to receive a good answer in
