Default Word Fonts for Office 2007 customization files

I would like to change the default font in the Customization file. Some of
our older printers do not have the default Calibri font and as such,
documents do not print well. Is there an option to change the default font? I
see in Excel under Popular there is a font option but this line is not on the
Word popular items...
