Resize Explorer windows? I can resize any
Explorer window via the IE shell object in
Shell.Windows on Win9x, but not on XP.

So I tried MoveWindow and SetWindowPos.
Both return success (non-zero) but they
don't work.

Maybe XP is not granting "authority" to a non-
system process? Maybe there's a way to get
that authority?
