My email acct. OE just started with the following error when either trying to
send/recieve emails. Has anyone else experienced this problem or know of a
fix. i have tried just about everything but nothing works. Someone said
that it no longer works with XP sp2 update???
The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'msn', Server:
'pop3.email.msn.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket
Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E

OK, I can see how you might have made you're first mistake
which is that this group have nothing to do with Outlook
Express.

Try microsoft.public.outlookexpress.general
