Hi everyone.

I want to create an application which can Convert text to speech for a
project.
What should I study for that. Is there any active X control provided by
Microsoft in VB6 enterprise edition for that purpose.

Take a look at the MS Speech SDK, don't know the link off hand but
search at msdn.microsoft.com site
