Hi,

I can't find any newbie newsgroup for web development... Instead of posting
all over the place, I guess I will ask people here.

I have been working with vb6 for years. I now need to turn all those vb6
programs to "web application".

Would you guy recomment what softwares and books best for me to start
learning please?

Thanks.

The easiest way is to turn the EXE's into ActiveX DLL's and call them from
ASP pages using VBScript. Another/same option is by starting VB6, and in the
new project wizard, choose "IIS Application". You may have to scroll down to
see it. It's available in the Pro and Enterprise editions only(The Wizard
item). Look in MSDN for "Developing IIS Applications with Webclasses".
